Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Business Development Manager - Bruker

An extremely rare but outstanding opportunity is available for someone who has proven hands on technical expertise and technical support experience for users of Bruker spectrometers. The purpose of the role is for the successful candidate to develop the end user service support agreements with new potential clients to grow our clients business.

The post holder will be working closely with the Managing Director and Business Development Director to identify and enable commercial opportunities within the Bruker user base. You will be responsible for establishing costing models for Bruker NMR system service contract, reactive servicing, planned and preventative maintenance, customer support and system repairs.

Within the role you will be creating and maintaining a database of potential Bruker customers / users, whilst helping to build relationships within the Bruker user community. Another part of the role is the occasional installation and commissioning of Bruker NMR systems. The role also allow for flexible working hours too.

Responsibilities / Skills required:

·         Vastly experienced as an NMR systems installation engineer

·         Several years of Bruker NMR systems knowledge

·         The ability to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

·         Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

·         Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

·         Promote the company`s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

·         A current driving licence and use of a vehicle

Salary / benefits:

Up to £60,000 available depending on experience
